K. Wayne Livingstone, B.Sc., M.Sc.

Director, President & CEO

Wayne Livingstone has been active in professional exploration and mine development geology over 40 years in junior exploration companies. This includes the exploration, mine development and production of a 1 million oz. heap leach gold project in Nevada. He also led a grass roots discovery of a 2 million oz. gold deposit in Peru which is the principal asset of another junior exploration company of which he is a founding director and president. He is a founding director of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd. He also serves as an independent director of another junior resource company.

Robert Thomas, BA, MA, CPG

Director, V.P. Exploration

Bob Thomas, B.A, M.A, is a geologist engaged in mineral exploration for 30 years. He has held senior exploration positions with major companies, and since 1994 has worked as a consulting geologist. Mr. Thomas has a proven track record in all phases of mineral exploration. Mr. Thomas was the former President and CEO of Toquima Minerals Corporation, and played an instrumental role in assembling the Toquima Nevada property package that Carlin acquired in 2006.

Aris Morfopoulos, B.Comm. (Hons.)

Chief Financial Officer

Aris Morfopoulos is a corporate manager and accountant with over 35 years of corporate management experience. For the past 20 years, he has worked as a CFO and accountant for mineral exploration companies based in Vancouver. Since 1999 he has also been active in the Internet domain industry, and was an executive and principal of a high growth start-up until it was acquired by a Silicon Valley company. He has a B.Comm (Hons.) degree from the University of Manitoba.

Brian Irwin

Director

Brian Irwin, is a former partner of DuMoulin Black, a Vancouver based Securities and Corporate Law firm where he practiced corporate, securities and natural resource law with a focus on mining and corporate finance. During his 40 year career he served as chairman of the natural resources subsection of the Continuing Legal Education Program of the British Columbia Bar. He has served as chairman of Ashton Mining of Canada, was a director and officer of Brazauro Resources Corporation (acquired by Eldorado Gold Corporation), Goldbelt Resources Ltd. (acquired by Wega Mining), Northair Silver (acquired by Kootenay Silver), Chairman of Callinan Royalties Corp. (acquired by Altius Minerals) and now sits on the boards of a number of resource-based public companies.

Robert Culbert

Director

Bob Culbert is a professional engineer with over three decades of international project and business experience, predominately in West Africa, Southeast Asia and the Indian Sub-Continent. He was the president of a Vancouver-based land resource and environmental consulting company and an interior B. C. ski resort; he was a partner in the acquisition and syndication of a large residential real estate portfolio in western Canada. Over the past decade, he has served as an officer and director of several junior resource exploration and development companies including Athlone Energy Ltd. where he was the CFO. Mr. Culbert has participated in post-earthquake rebuilding in India, Pakistan and Haiti with Builders Without Borders, a Vancouver-based non-profit organization. Mr. Culbert is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Carlin Gold Corporation.

Ken Rye B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA

Director

Mr. Rye, 52, is currently Managing Director for Global Evaluations for The Electrum Group LLC, which he joined in 2008. He has extensive experience in both the mineral exploration and financial advisory areas. Prior to joining Electrum, Mr. Rye served as Financial Advisor and Limited Partner with theEdward Jones Financial Companies. His 25 plus years in the mining industry has included tenures with major gold producers including Homestake Mining Company, International Corona Corporation and Giant Yellowknife/Pamorex Minerals. Throughout his career he has made significant contributions toward the discovery and development of major deposits in the Americas, Australia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Mr. Rye holds a B.Sc. in Earth Science from the University of Waterloo, a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.

Jay Sujir – B.A., LLB

Director

Mr. Jay Sujir is a partner of the law firm of Anfield Sujir Kennedy and Durno LLP of Vancouver, specializing in corporate finance and securities law. Mr. Sujir was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1986 after receiving a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1985 and Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Philosophy) degree in 1981, both from the University of Victoria.
