Ms. Ritchie brings more than 25 years of public-markets experience as an administrator and corporate secretary specializing in resource-based exploration companies. She currently serves as Corporate Secretary for Wealth Minerals Ltd., Gelum Resources Ltd., Domestic Metals Corp. and World Copper Ltd., and formerly held that role with International Tower Hill Mines Ltd., Corvus Gold Inc. and Cardero Resource Corp.

An exploration and mine-development geologist with more than 50 years of experience. His background includes Nevada heap-leach development and a grassroots gold discovery in Peru.
Capital markets + portfolio management
A retired investment advisor and portfolio manager with more than four decades of experience in institutional and retail markets, company financing and asset management.
Exploration + resource development
Director
An exploration executive and professional geologist with more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and responsible resource development. He is Vice President of Exploration of Liberty Gold Corp. and has contributed to exploration programs resulting in the discovery of more than 10 million ounces of gold.
Roles reflect Company announcements through September 29, 2026. Robert Thomas resigned as a director but continues as Vice President, Exploration and Qualified Person; K. Wayne Livingstone remains a director.
