Project overview

A large, underexplored position beside Goldrush and Fourmile.

Cortez Summit is a 100%-owned gold exploration property on Nevada’s Cortez Trend, contiguous with Nevada Gold Mines claims and close to two major third-party deposits. A 5% net smelter return royalty on the property is to be granted to Carlin Gold Royalties Spinco, a private holding company being prepared for distribution to shareholders.

The claim block is largely concealed by post-mineral basalt and gravel. Company interpretation brings together favourable lower-plate carbonate stratigraphy, intrusive contacts, alteration, pathfinder geochemistry, historical drilling and ZTEM-defined structures. Only a small area in the southwest has been drilled.

In its July 13, 2026 disclosure, the Company reported that data compilation was underway and that additional fieldwork is required before any future drill decision.

Geology + structural model

A concealed corridor assembled from multiple evidence streams.

The Company-defined “Fourmile Structural Zone” is a project-scale exploration interpretation and is distinct from the nearby Fourmile deposit.

01

Structural corridor

A north-northwest corridor is interpreted for approximately 4,500 ft (1,370 m) across the southwest property, much of it beneath Miocene cover.

02

Favourable stratigraphy

Upper-plate Vinini rocks overlie lower-plate carbonate units below the Roberts Mountains Thrust, the principal stratigraphic target environment.

03

Intrusive setting

Jurassic Mill Canyon quartz monzonite and probable younger quartz-porphyry dikes support a contact-aureole and breccia target concept.

04

Surface geochemistry

Company historical reporting includes rock chips of 0.447 and 0.263 g/t gold and a road-cut interval of 0.175 g/t gold over 50 ft (15 m).

Historical drilling

Three campaigns tested only part of the southwest claim block.

ProgramWork completedCompany-reported observations
2012 RCSeven holes; 11,720 ft (3,573 m) total; individual depths of about 1,500–1,800 ft.Six of seven holes reported anomalous gold from 0.101 to 0.267 g/t, plus arsenic, antimony, thallium and mercury anomalies. Arsenic-bearing zones were reported up to 115 ft (35 m).
2013 coreCS12-2 was deepened from 1,760 ft to 4,032 ft.Short anomalous gold values to 0.667 g/t were reported. The bottom 392 ft was interpreted as altered lower-plate carbonate stratigraphy.
2017 coreSJV17-1D drilled to 5,171 ft (1,576 m).A 567-ft altered upper-plate interval and a broad arsenic anomaly were reported, including 10 ft (3 m) at 2.6 g/t gold. Lower-plate rocks were reached at 4,234 ft; no significant gold was reported there.

Exploration potential

Several untested or incompletely tested questions remain.

SJV17-1D is reported as the only hole to have penetrated through the Roberts Mountains Thrust into an essentially complete section of the primary lower-plate host rocks; CS12-2C encountered a shorter interval interpreted as lower-plate carbonate near the end of the hole.
Historical RC holes stopped above the projected main host rocks.
Contact-aureole and intrusive-margin breccia targets remain part of the Company model.
ZTEM interpretation identifies the principal corridor and additional parallel structural trends.
Existing geological, geochemical and geophysical data are being compiled before further field decisions.

Technical disclosure

Context, sources + limitations.

Company disclosure cites third-party estimates for Goldrush and Fourmile to describe regional context. Mineralization on adjacent properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization at Cortez Summit, and the Company has not independently verified the adjacent-property information.

The Company describes Cortez Summit as 100% owned. Its October 8, 2026 release states that a 5% NSR on Cortez Summit, adjoining the Fourmile – Goldrush property boundary, is to be granted to Carlin Gold Royalties Spinco, which will also hold the Company’s Snowline Gold royalty. Details of the new company will be released in due course.

The July 13, 2026 Company release describes data compilation across all projects. The April 14, 2026 release states that further fieldwork is required at Cortez Summit before drilling is considered.
