Location + tenure

A drive-on project in the Contact Mining District.

Ivy lies about 20 miles (32 km) southwest of Jackpot and 5 miles (8 km) southwest of Contact, Nevada. The southeast corner of the claim block is within approximately one mile of US 93.

The 161 unpatented claims are on BLM-administered land and are held by Carlin Gold US Inc. Ivy is 100% owned by the Company. In October 2026 the Company established Ivy Copper Corp. to hold the project. Company disclosure describes a 1% net smelter return royalty on gold and silver and 0.75% on other metals.

Target geology

A mapped skarn corridor with porphyry-scale optionality.

The principal target is copper-gold skarn developed in a steep carbonate sequence along the Main Skarn Zone.

The mapped Main Skarn Zone extends approximately 1.6 km and is locally up to 150 m wide.
Rhyolite dikes are mapped for approximately 3.4 km and may mark a broader intrusive system.
Company mapping describes garnet, vesuvianite, tremolite, wollastonite, clinopyroxene and calcite skarn minerals.
Copper minerals include chalcopyrite and bornite with secondary copper minerals; individual mineralized lenses are commonly narrow within larger skarn bodies.
Historic workings include small pits, shafts and adits. Recorded 1929–30 production of 500 tons at 8% copper is historical and not NI 43-101 compliant.

Property-wideCopper to 15.2%; gold to 1.7 ppm; silver to 231 ppm. Twenty-seven samples exceeded 0.100 ppm gold. The 15.2% copper value came from a small adit dump and is a select sample that may not represent the property.
Main Skarn ZoneNineteen Company samples ranged from 0.09% to 5.96% copper and averaged 1.68% copper.Individual surface lenses are often less than 3 m wide within larger mapped skarn bodies.
Historical samplingEleven historical Main Skarn Zone samples reportedly averaged 2.0% copper.Historical methods and QA/QC require verification. These data do not define a mineral resource.

2025 DC IP / resistivity

Six survey lines connect the surface corridor to targets at depth.

Zonge International surveyed six dipole-dipole lines at 75 m spacing; five crossed the Main Skarn Zone. Three lines were also surveyed with 200 m dipoles for deeper investigation.

Company interpretation

The 75 m survey outlines a chargeability response at least 1,500 m long and 200–300 m wide, with an interpreted top near 100 m. Deeper responses on the 200 m lines extend to approximately 400–500 m and appear open along trend.

Chargeability and resistivity are geophysical measurements. They are not metal grades and do not prove mineralization or economic potential.

Status + references

A traceable technical record.

The October 8, 2026 Company release states that Ivy is drill ready and permitted, and that drilling will commence as soon as a drill can be secured. The release also reports that a new company, Ivy Copper Corp., has been established to hold the Ivy copper-gold asset.

The Contact Mining District has been worked since the 1870s. Historical district production and nearby properties provide context only and are not evidence of mineralization at Ivy.

Company disclosure cites Schrader (USGS, 1912 and 1935), Gibbons (1973), Smith and Zens (2019 theses), a 2025 private geological report by Schranz, and the 2025 Zonge geophysical work. Original reports should be consulted for methods and limitations.
