Location + tenure

A 100%-owned opportunity in the northern Snake Mountains.

Willow is located approximately 30 air miles (48 km) north-northwest of Wells, Nevada, in a regional belt that extends toward the Long Canyon area about 50 miles (80 km) to the southeast.

The property consists of 24 QA claims and 23 CC claims. Company disclosure states that the claim groups are subject to variable net returns royalties.

Exploration is directed toward Carlin-style disseminated gold mineralization in favourable Roberts Mountains and Hanson Creek carbonate units.

Exploration framework

Host rock, cross structures and alteration define two target areas.

01

Lower-plate carbonates

Roberts Mountains and Hanson Creek carbonate units form the principal target stratigraphy beneath and near the Roberts Mountains Thrust.

02

Upper-plate rocks

Valmy Formation rocks occur above the thrust and provide an important structural and stratigraphic marker.

03

Cross-cutting structures

Northeast-trending faults and altered dikes are associated with decalcification, silicification, jasperoid and local sericite-pyrite alteration.

04

Eocene magmatism

A Willow Creek altered dike returned a Company-reported U-Pb zircon age of approximately 42 Ma, broadly comparable to the age of Carlin-type systems.

Work history + status

Limited historical testing leaves the core concepts unresolved.

The property saw modest exploration, principally in the early 1980s. Two holes drilled at Currant Creek in 2008 did not return significant gold and did not fully test the principal interpreted target. Badger Creek is reported as untested.

1980s
Early exploration

Mapping and surface work established the first alteration and geochemical framework.

2008
Two Currant Creek holes

Partial testing returned no significant gold; the main target concept remained unresolved.

Data compilation

The July 2026 Company update reports compilation work across all three Nevada projects.

Technical disclosure

Interpretation, not a resource statement.

No mineral resource or economic mineralization has been established at Willow. The regional belt, nearby projects and age comparisons provide exploration context only.

The Company describes Willow as 100% owned and subject to variable net returns royalties. Current title and royalty schedules should be verified before reliance.
